All in the post today and then we are off again for the weekend. This time we are headed down /along to Cornwall – specifically the Argal Reservoir at Falmouth for the IOM Ranking weekend.

So the sun shone and the wind blew! Amazingly, we had a weekend of racing where some people used every rig for the Dragon Force 65. A +, A, B and the C suit were all out on the water at some point over the weekend.

John Tushingham emerged triumphant but it was certainly tense for some of the next places as Sunday afternoons’ racing kicked in. Congratulations to all. The full report and results will be on dfracing.co.uk. Thnak you to all at Two Islands for making us all so welcome.

As many of you know, Sue was involved in a major accident at the beginning of October 2017, she is now about to go in and have her Knee Replacement Operation, following which we hope Sue will be well on the road to full recovery. Unfortunately this is going to have an effect on our lead times for the month of June and possibly into July. So we are just asking that you email us first if you are concerned about lead times for all new orders – temporarily it will mean a longer lead time for production of sails and accessories. So after a very busy week getting sails and accessories out to customers, Nigel headed off to Eastbourne on Friday afternoon for the DF95 UK Nationals 2019. As usual the host club of Eastbourne looked after all the competitors and their support crews all weekend – going above and beyond! Congratulations go to John Tushingham on his hard fought win, and Nigel placed a very creditable 8th place.

Sorry we have been a bit quiet on the posting front but we have been home for just over a week and our feet have not touched the ground. Loads of orders for all classes – both sails and accessories – in and out through the door but I finally remembered to take a picture of one of them.

We are back home from our sailing adventures and our holiday travels. We had a lovely time and the Sail Loft will be open bright and early tomorrow morning to fulfill all your orders, answer your email enquiries and generally catch up.
