All our accessories start with ideas and a well thought out design by Nigel. Many, such as the hugely popular deluxe IOM rigbag, have been in place very successfully for years – even going right back to when Nigel was based in Spain with the America’s Cup team. The plans are drawn up on pattern mylar, Sue cuts them out, then it is a trip over to Laureen workshop- our piecework machinist – who sews them up and finally back here to Sue for the finishing off. Once complete, they wing themselves around the UK and the World to many happy customers. It is lovely to receive the great messages of support for the quality, design and fair pricing of the products and for our customer service. We always try hard to ensure that the process is quick and thoroughly professional whist also personal and friendly.
