Congratulations go to Oliver Spiess on winning the championship using his Catsails’ A Plus suit of sails.

The weekend was hot, hot, hot with variable winds and tough competition. Congratulations to Rob Walsh for winning with an amazing 43 points. Craig Richards with his Catsails was 9th, and as I said, Nigel was 10th.

As the storm hits the UK, we head off down to Dartmoor again tomorrow for the DF65/DF95 TT for the weekend – looking like similar conditions to last time we were there!!

The Catsails’ sailloft – like many other places in the UK – is currently resembling a sweatshop as I cut out the many parts for more Deluxe Rigbags on order. As we make everything ourselves, your sails and accessories start off as that roll of cloth and after going through various stages , end up as your deluxe accessories and sails. Sue, Catsails.

All in the post today and then we are off again for the weekend. This time we are headed down /along to Cornwall – specifically the Argal Reservoir at Falmouth for the IOM Ranking weekend.

So the sun shone and the wind blew! Amazingly, we had a weekend of racing where some people used every rig for the Dragon Force 65. A +, A, B and the C suit were all out on the water at some point over the weekend.
John Tushingham emerged triumphant but it was certainly tense for some of the next places as Sunday afternoons’ racing kicked in. Congratulations to all. The full report and results will be on dfracing.co.uk. Thnak you to all at Two Islands for making us all so welcome.
