We wanted to let you know that our parcels are being delayed as they travel through the Royal Mail process. After lengthy phone calls with Royal mail, we have been informed that there are huge piles of parcels stuck in the local sorting offices awaiting processing and that our parcels may take longer than usual to arrive.
